About
The Five Fires Foundation is proud to celebrate the projects that have already been completed through the generosity of our donors and supporters. These investments have helped preserve and enhance the places that make Y-Camp so special, improving facilities, gathering spaces, and camp experiences for current and future generations. Each completed project represents a commitment to Y-Camp's legacy, ensuring that campers, families, and alumni can continue creating lifelong memories in the places they know and love. We are grateful for the support that has made these accomplishments possible and look forward to continuing this important work together.
Sargent Lodge
The Five Fires Foundation is proud to celebrate the completion of the Sargent Lodge renovation, preserving one of Y-Camp’s most cherished landmarks for future generations. For decades, Sargent Lodge has served as a gathering place where campers, families, staff, and alumni have shared meals, celebrated traditions, and created lasting memories.
Through these renovations, the facility has been transformed into a more functional, welcoming, and versatile space while maintaining the character and history that make it so special. Restoring Sargent Lodge was an important investment in Y-Camp’s legacy, ensuring that generations to come can continue to experience the same sense of community, connection, and belonging that has defined this iconic space for so many years.

Sargent Stage
Inside Sargent Lodge, every renovation was thoughtfully designed to honor the building's history while creating a space that better serves campers today. New restroom facilities and updated sleeping accommodations have transformed the lodge into a more comfortable and functional retreat. These improvements ensure Sargent Lodge can continue welcoming campers, retreat groups, families, and alumni for years to come.
At the heart of the renovation is the restoration of the historic stage—a place where generations of campers have performed skits, shared songs, celebrated traditions, and built memories that have lasted a lifetime. For countless campers, the stage represents confidence, laughter, friendship, and the spirit of Y-Camp. Preserving and restoring this beloved gathering place was one of the most meaningful parts of the project, ensuring that future generations will have the opportunity to stand on the very same stage, carry on camp traditions, and create memories that become part of Y-Camp's enduring legacy.

Sargent Deck
The newly renovated deck overlooking the river has become one of Sargent Lodge's most inviting gathering spaces, offering breathtaking views of the camp's natural beauty while creating a welcoming place for connection and reflection. Designed to accommodate larger groups and provide a safer, more accessible environment, the updated deck extends the lodge beyond its walls, allowing campers, families, alumni, and guests to enjoy the peaceful setting that has long been part of the Y-Camp experience.
For generations, the river has served as the backdrop to campfire songs, quiet conversations, moments of reflection, and unforgettable sunsets. Restoring and expanding this outdoor space preserves those cherished traditions while creating new opportunities for community gatherings, special events, and lifelong memories. The deck stands as a testament to Y-Camp's commitment to honoring its past while investing in a future where every generation can experience the beauty, connection, and sense of belonging that make this place so extraordinary.
